By accessing or using Receivo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

Receivo is a cloud-based invoicing platform that allows users to create, send, and manage invoices, accept online payments, track expenses, and manage client relationships. We offer free and paid subscription tiers with varying feature sets.

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Receivo offers Free, Pro ($4.99/mo), and Pro+ ($14.99/mo) subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard — your account will revert to the Free tier at the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Create fraudulent invoices or misrepresent charges

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Receivo and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create (invoices, client data, etc.) but grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it as needed to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Receivo, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Receivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay for subscription services. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
